Free shipping on all orders over $150 USD
Standard Flat Rate (5-7 Days): $15 USD
Additional carrier rates may appear at checkout
Oversized items may incur an additional $30 USD fee, as indicated on the product page. These items are not eligible for the free shipping offer for orders over $150 USD.
Customs, Duties, And Taxes
The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs, duties & import taxes.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours unless it is a custom or pre-order product. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order or shipment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Rush Shipping
If you need an item quicker than posted shipping speeds, please contact us at info@keikikrate.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.
Kindly note that fees for rush shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
PO Boxes
Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact info@keikikrate.com if you have any questions.

After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
