REFUND POLICY
We value our customers and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@keikikrate.com
We accept returns and exchanges within the first 14 days of purchase (excluding sale or custom items). The items purchased must be returned in their original packaging and be in the same condition as when they arrived. Once it has been returned to us and inspected we will issue a refund or exchange for the product(s) within 5 days.
Please Note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we strongly encourage a trackable mail service when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment.
Keiki Krate reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions
